Lords Cricket Ground - Mount Stand

Part of the MCC's £1m revamp of Lords Cricket Ground, this commission was to replace the iconic Mound Stand canopy. The canopy had reached the end of its design life and more advanced techniques could be employed to produce a higher performing structure.

Armadillo's involvement was to refurbish the steel structure, fabric fixing points and any associated fittings. This was carried out prior to the new fabric installation and all works were completed ahead of schedule. The client was very pleased with the finished product.
